We accept information via fax and e-mail. Our contact information for both is 416 483 5307 and info@canadahometaxrebate.ca.

4. What do I need to submit for a rebate?

Every situation is different depending on whether you have purchased a new home or are renovating. You may be eligible for more than one rebate. Our specialists will tell you everything you need to know about the documentation required for all eligible rebates. Proof of ownership is mandatory in all rebates.

5. When can I file my rebate?

You can file any rebate within two years of purchasing a new condominium, after substantial renovations or have converted an owned unit(s) to a rental unit.

It usually takes 4-6 weeks for rebates to be processed.

7. Who can I talk to if I have more questions?

Our rebate specialists are available from 10-6, Monday to Friday to answer any questions you may have, even if it is to check on the status of your rebate.
